Chauncey: I still rank hanging abs high in my list of best core exercises that I can recommend. This is definitely a debatable topic but over the 2 years of my journey they have worked best for me. Now don’t get me wrong, these are definitely for people who are advanced exercises but can be switched for floor routines also. I still do floor core exercises to keep variation within my routine. Overall, core starts with dieting snd staying at a low body fat percentage. To do so, you must be in a caloric deficit.
CHAUNCEY PALMER ROUTINE:
Dip bar crunches: 15 reps x 3 sets (alt:)
Screwdrivers: 12 reps x 4 sets (alt:)
Russian twists Hanging leg raises 12 reps x 4 sets (alt:)
reverse crunches w/ leg raises
